What we collect

When you book a court, Vanda.com.ph collects your full name, email address, and mobile number, together with the court, date, and time you reserved and any note you leave for our staff. Payment is processed by PayMongo; we never see or store your card number or e-wallet credentials.

If you arrive through a partner's invite link, we store that partner's referral code in a cookie on your device for up to 30 days so the discount applies when you book. Removing the code at checkout deletes the cookie.

How we use it

• To confirm your reservation and send you a booking reference and receipt.
• To contact you if there is a problem with your booking or a change at the club.
• To recognise you as a returning guest so you do not have to re-enter your details.
• To send occasional club news, only if you opted in when booking. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Your payment details go to PayMongo to process the transaction. Your booking details are stored with our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and to resolve disputes. Our own operational records — activity logs, records of emails we sent you, and the messages our payment provider sends us — are deleted automatically once they pass the retention period the club has set.

You can ask us to erase your contact details at any time by getting in touch through the channels on our home page. When we do, your name, email address, mobile number and any notes about you are replaced with placeholders and removed from our logs. The bookings and payments themselves are kept, without anything identifying you, because we are required to account for money the club has taken.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, request corrections, ask us to erase your details, and withdraw consent for marketing messages. Contact the club and quote your booking reference so we can find your record quickly. We can give you a copy of everything we hold about you, including your full booking history.
