Reservations

A court reservation at Vanda.com.ph is confirmed only once payment is received. When you start a checkout, the slots you chose are held for 15 minutes. If payment is not completed in that time, the hold is released and the slots become available to other guests.

Each booking reference covers every court and hour you selected in that checkout. Please bring your reference, or the confirmation email, when you arrive.

Cancellations and refunds

Bookings are prepaid. To request a cancellation, contact the front desk with your booking reference. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

Online payments carry a processing fee charged by the payment provider, which depends on the payment method you choose and is shown before you pay. The processing fee is non-refundable: a refund covers the booking amount only.

No-shows more than 15 minutes after the reserved start time may have the court released to other guests without a refund.

Court rules

• Non-marking court shoes and athletic attire are required on all courts.
• Close the court gates behind you and keep bags and drinks off the playing surface.
• Return rental paddles to the front desk within 10 minutes of your session ending.
• Good sportsmanship is expected. Staff may end a session for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

Player capacity

A standard court rental accommodates up to eight active players per court. Larger groups should contact the club before booking.

Private events

Whole-venue and multi-court event bookings are arranged directly with the club. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold an event date; the balance and any damage deposit are settled on the day.

Liability

Pickleball is a physical activity. By booking, you confirm that you and your guests play at your own risk and agree to follow staff instructions. Vanda.com.ph is not responsible for personal items left on the premises.
